Mango salad

Serving size: 2 cups (500 ml)

Ingredients

  • 2 cups (500 ml) iceberg lettuce into pieces
  • 1 mango, in cubes
  • 1 avocado, in cubes
  • 2 Tbsp (30 ml) red onion, sliced
  • 1 Tbsp (15 ml) olive oil
  • ½ Tbsp (7.5 ml) rice vinegar
  • A few drops of sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper
     

Preparation

  • For a less pronounced taste (if desired), soak the onions for 10 minutes in a bowl filled with cold water.
  • In a large bowl, mix together olive oil, sesame oil and rice vinegar.
  • In this bowl, add lettuce, avocado, mango and onion well drained.
  • Coat with dressing and serve immediately.
